1. The "Nagging" Agreement
By using PaymentPoke, you authorize us to send automated reminders ("Pokes")
to the contact details you provide. You represent that you have a valid
legal right to the funds you are requesting.
2. Responsible Poking
You agree not to use PaymentPoke for harassment, illegal debt collection
practices, or to "Poke" individuals who do not owe you a legitimate debt. We
reserve the right to ban any account that uses our Escalation Engine to
harass others.
3. No Guarantee of Payment
While our "Pokes" are highly effective, PaymentPoke does not guarantee that
your clients will pay. We are a tool for persistence, not a debt collection
agency or a legal enforcement body.
4. P2P Responsibility
Because payments are Peer-to-Peer, you are responsible for verifying that
funds have arrived in your account. PaymentPoke is not liable for incorrect
UPI IDs or bank details provided by you that lead to funds being sent to the
wrong person.
5. Limitation of Liability
PaymentPoke is provided "as is." We are not liable for any lost profits,
missed payments, or damage to your client relationships resulting from the
use of our automated reminders.
