1. We Don't Touch Your Money
PaymentPoke is a communication layer. We do not process, store, or transmit
your actual funds. Your financial transactions occur Peer-to-Peer (P2P) via
your chosen providers (UPI, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.). We never have
access to your bank login credentials.
2. Data We Collect
- Account Info: Your name, email, and P2P identifiers (e.g.,
UPI ID) so your clients know where to pay.
- Invoice Metadata: Client names, email addresses, amounts due,
and due dates. We need this to send the "Pokes."
- Communication Logs: A record of the reminders sent and whether
they were opened.
3. How We Use Data
We use your data solely to automate your reminders. We do not sell your data
or your clients' data to third-party advertisers. We hate spam as much as
you hate late payments.
4. Third-Party Services
To send "Pokes," we may use trusted sub-processors like Postmark (for email)
or Twilio (for SMS/WhatsApp). These partners are only allowed to use the
data to deliver your messages.
